Running To Stay Fit

In order to stay fit and healthy, I run a few times a week.  I do it on a threadmill during weekdays and on weekends I try to run outdoor at the park or in the neighbourhood.  I try to run longer distance when I am outdoor.  Running is a great stress reliever for me.  The sound of my breathing helps to clear my mind.  Usually when I am under stress, I would go for a run and that calms me down.  I just spotted a running tee which I like.  I wonder if it is handmade and dri-fit. Funny tee right? I can really relate to that.
