I have just returned from a beach vacation with my family. We had a great holiday and stayed in a fabulous quaint boutique hotel which is facing the ocean. The hotel has minimalist design and the first thing I noticed when I stepped into the lobby is a beautiful indoor water fountain. It has a very calming effect. If you are interested to find water fountains to create a calm environment at home, then you may want to check out some indoor fountains like the one below.

Crowd Control At Special Events
October 28, 2011 by barbara
Recently when I was at the mall, there was a huge event going on at the center court. A few local celebrities were invited to launch a new fitness center which is located inside the mall. As usual, there was many people from the press and also fans waiting to catch a glimpse of their favourite celebrities. Since it was the weekend, the mall was packed with shoppers too. When the celebrities appeared, there was a mini pandemonium when fans surged forward to take a better view of the celebrities. Eventhough crowd control items such as stanchions were in placed, the people just pushed their way to the front of the stage. Some of the velvet rope stanchions were damaged too. The Security department had to call in more staff to get the crowd under control.
Perhaps more high impact barricades are needed to control the crowd at such events. There are many crowd control products available to help people stay in lines at concerts, events, grocery stores, banks and more. One great place to find them is at CamelBackDisplays.com. This online store is the one-stop solution for all exhibits and crowd control items. Their wide range of products are available at irresistible prices. Check out CamelBackDisplays.com today for more information.

My To-Do List
September 13, 2011 by barbara
Things have been pretty hectic for the past week. There was a get-together over the weekend, dinner with friends, errands to run and not to mention grocery shopping. Besides all that, I need to help a friend to look for life insurance online quotes and also try to make this DIY Citrus Salt Scrub. I saw this fantastic recipe at Pinterest ( via http://www.kristanlynn.com) it looks pretty easy to make. If it turns out good, I think I would make a few jars for my girlfriends whom I would be meeting next month. If you would like to give it a try, check out the recipe below.
You will need:
1 cup of sea salt
1/4 cup almond oil (can substitute olive oil or vegetable oil)
1/2 tsp lemon juice (or zest)
1/2 tsp orange zest

Mix:
Firstly, mix the oil and sea salt together (Add a bit of oil at a time, you may not need all that is called for!)
Add orange zest.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the salt and oil mix ((you do not want too much lemon juice, or else your mixture will become a watery consistency.)
Mix well.
How to exfoliate:
Clean body as normal in shower.
Just before getting out, apply salt scrub in a firm circular motion all over body.
Concentrating on those knees and elbows
Rinse and pat dry with towel.Category gift, good stuff, tips | Tags: | No Comments

I enjoy visiting the exquisite museums, art galleries, magnificent monuments and etc. The first city that I would love to visit is Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland. DIY Wedding Decoration Ideas
January 15, 2011 by barbara
Diet pills that work fast is what I need to get my hands on now because a good friend of mine who was my schoolmate, will be getting married in May. I need to lose weight so that I would look good at her wedding. It will also be some sort of a reunion for some of us as my friend will be inviting many ex-schoolmates to her wedding. My friend asked me if I could give her any diy ideas on wedding decorations. I found some cool ideas on ProjectWedding.com and Martha Stewart. Hope she’ll like them and get inspired.
