I have spotted some acne sprouting from my face these few days. I thought I only get breakouts during my teens because it is a normal part of puberty and also at that time, my skin was really oily. I guess it must the diet I am undergoing now as well as stress. I also notice some pimples on my back 
Luckily these outbreaks are not very serious. However, I am so tempted to squeeze them. I better look for some good acne products to treat these pimples fast.
