It is important that your home is safe and secure for your children.  A small prevention measure goes a long way.   Children love sticking their fingers into the holes of the electrical socket.  This can cause electrocution.  Therefore one of the best ways to prevent that is to use safety covers on them. Here are some really cute animal plug safety covers for your home.   A set of 8 includes 2 each of cat, dog, elephant and sheep.  These adorable animal plug safety covers are available at

  4. Space Solving Solution

    November 13, 2010 by barbara

If you love entertaining at home but are short on space, well no worries.  There is a simple option available.  Just get an extendable dining table. It gives you the opportunity to place a large dining table in a small apartment or a room.    An extendable dining table can fit into a small room which takes only a minimum of space when it is needed for a small gathering.  When you have a bigger crowd,  it can be extended to seat all the guests.  Tables like this is great to conserve and maximize space in the home.

  5. Japanese Masking Tapes

    November 9, 2010 by barbara

I am quite fascinated with the Japanese craft using masking tape. The pretty Japanese masking tapes seem to be all the rage right now.  So much can be done with the tapes.  They are great for scrapbooking, packing embellishment, mini bunting and even gift packing.  I think I want to try using some plain paper to wrap presents and then decorate it with cute masking tapes.  You can find a wide range of Japanese Masking Tapes from online stores like, and more.

I found some really cool recycled accessories while surfing the net.  Thought I’ll share them with you here.
