  1. Portable Highchair

    May 19, 2012 by barbara

When my kid was a toddler, I do not fancy having her seated on the highchair when we eat out.  The highchairs at the eateries are usually wobbly and dirty.  I would usually do a wipe-down with the baby wipes first to clean the chair.  If you are like me, then you may want to take a look at MyLittleSeat, a compact fabric highchair that can be folded into the size of a diaper.   It features a 5-point harness system and is extremely durable.   I like its colour and design.

  5. Hopscotch Rug For Children’s Bedroom

    May 4, 2012 by barbara

I love to play Hopscotch when I was a kid.  I love to draw on the sidewalk or the porch and then take turns to play with my sister.  It was so much fun.  I have introduced this game to my kid and she likes it too.  Playing hopscotch is way better than spending time in front of the TV or Ipad.   I chanced upon this rug at and I think it will be perfect for her bedroom.  Not only can it serve as a rug, it can also be a play thing for her room. Now let’s see if I can find any promo codes for this item.

So while the spouse was fixing the corner TV mount in the living room, I was on the internet browsing my favourite stores to look for a gift.  My dad is celebrating his birthday next month and I thought I would get him a unique gift.  I like some recycled items I came across earlier.  There is nothing more meaningful that gifts made from recycled material huh?

  9. Buntings & Banners

    April 20, 2012 by barbara

While the spouse was busy checking out the ceiling lights for our living room, I have been on the computer for a while now, looking for buntings.  Recently, I have been rather obsessed with buntings.  Many people posted DIY buntings at Pinterest and I became hooked.  I would love to decorate my daughter’s bedroom with some buntings.  Maybe I can create some myself or get them at Hip Hooray.  This online store has a wide variety of buntings, flags, pennants, garlands or whatever you might called them.  All their products are made with sustainable materials and are designed to be reused many times, and can be 100% recycled.

Yes, I am crazy over washi tapes.  I just cannot get enough of them.  After polishing my puzzle ring last night, I decided to browse the internet, looking for inspiration on how to wrap some gifts.   I was so happy to spot these spotted washi tapes from (pun intended).  They are just so pretty and I think I want to get a few different designs.   I found some great gift-wrapping ideas on Pinterest and I am going to try them out when I get my new washi tapes.
