Besides simple, pared-down looks that were featured on the spring 2023 runways, the latest fashion season also has its fair share of more risqué ensembles and one of which involves just wearing underwear only. Victoria Beckham and Bottega have showcased the pantless look on their fashion shows. Models ditched their pants and wore bodysuits and tights paired with heels. Some of them wore just a lace bra and tailored blazer.
On the other hand, Miu Miu used long layered T-shirts and knee high open toe boots to create the illusion that going out without pants is not a big deal. Thigh-high stockings offer enough coverage to make a bodysuit suitable for every day wear with a cropped blazer.
Although it is not very practical, the no pants trend is here to stay so if you want to try it out, you better not invest heavily on trousers next Spring.
