I have been coughing for the past 2 weeks. There are also lots of phlegm and I have been taking some meds to get rid of those nasty green phlegm. I am also taking a cough syrup to stop the cough. New Clothes Shopping For Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is only 2 weeks away and I haven’t bought any new clothes for the celebration. It has always been a tradition in my family (in most family too) for everyone to usher in the New Year with new clothes and shoes. I have checked out a few stores at the malls but nothing caught my eye. Most of the clothes are sleeveless and I don’t wear sleeveless because I have flabby arms. I was checking out my favourite store online – JCrew and saw something that I really like.

Well, just go shopping 😉 It was reported in the DailyMail.co.uk that average women burn up to 48,000 calories a year just by going shopping. This is the best weight loss plan I’ve come across so far. Lose weight while doing something we love. Besides retail therapy, shopping helps us to shed some pounds too. No wonder about 2000 polled ladies said they felt more tired and exhausted after a day’s shopping than at the gym. This is so cool. Now we have more reasons to go shopping.
