Found this smart kitchen gadget at Charles & Marie which I believe every home should have. A cake cutter! I find it really hard to cut up a cake properly and serve it to my guests most of the time. Therefore, this brilliant Piece of Cake cutter is godsend. It looks like a tong with a triangle on top and it works as a cake cutter and lifter. All you have to do is to slide the cutter down on the cake and then squeeze the tongs slightly. Voila, you can transfer the perfect piece of cake into the plate. No fuss at all.
