Chocolate-dipped food seems to be the rage right now. You can find chocolate-dipped marshmallow, cookies and cakes on sticks these days. They are really nice party food I must say. I was at the night market last night and came upon a stall selling chocolate-dipped bananas on sticks. I did not get any though and they sure look funny. I just came across this Jumbo Chocolate-Dipped Rice Krispies Squares from Etsy.com. It is 4 inches and dipped in creamy white or milk chocolate. Then it is rolled in toppings like M&Ms, Reese pieces, oreos, etc. Something different eh? Perhaps I should try making this for my kid’s birthday party.
