What Denims Are Best For Real Women

I am shopping for a pair of denim now.  One that would make me look like I have just taken the best weight loss pills recently *grins*  I found one that I like from Gap. It is the Perfect Boot Jeans in dark wash. It has a contoured waistband that shapes to the body, lifts the seat, and eliminates the gap at the back of the waist. Boot jeans are slightly fared at the legs and hence make the hips look slimmer.  They also minimizes the curves of the thighs and derriere.

I love shopping for accessories.  I could shop for them any day and any time.  Yes, I am an accessory junkie.  What woman doesn’t like accessories eh?  Fashion accessories are an important fashion  element for a woman.  While my husband is into car accessories, I cannot get enough of earrings, bracelets and necklaces.  These accessories can easily update your wardrobe without breaking the bank account.  My current favorites are these :-

Shopping For A Black Bag

Do you know that I do not have a black handbag?  This is insane eh?  A black handbag is a must-have for every woman.  It is something that should not be left out in a woman’s closet.  Some women even have a few black handbags.  It has been in style for like, forever and will continue to be a favorite to women of all ages.   Yet, I don’t have one.  This is why I have been shopping around for one recently.  Okay, I have also been shopping around for some eye creams to get rid of my dark eye circles but that’s the story for another day 🙂  I like bags that are big because I have too many things to carry with me….lipstick, comb, mobile phone, extra clothing for my daughter, wet wipes, tissues, pen, notepads and many more.  I found some really gorgeous bags at Lulus.com.

Shoe Closet Makeover With Crocs

I love shopping for shoes.  I do not know what it is about shoes but I just adore them.  I have been called a shoeholic by my family and friends.  One of my favorite shoe brands is Crocs.  They are just so comfortable and cool.   There are many different types of Croc shoes.  My first pair of Crocs is the Beach collection in Pearl.   I was so happy when they came out with wedges.  Needless to say, I have a pair of Sassari and Havana in my shoe cupboard now.  My husband is also a big fan of Crocs and since both of us are crazy over them, we also bought a few pairs for our 4 year old daughter.  I just saw their new collection for Fall.  I am so in love with their new Lily.

My husband asked me to check out some floor tiles for his office but somehow, I found myself checking out the fabulous Burberry collection *grins*  Burberry is one of my favourite brands.  I love those classic plaids.

Dress O Dress

I was at the mall yesterday and could not resist going into Banana Republic for a peek.  I saw the most gorgeous silk dress at the store.   It is the Heritage Silk Back-zip Dress.  So simple and elegant.   This dress would be perfect for a party which I will be attending next month.  However, I did not get it.  Well, not yet.   It is the end of the month so I am thinking of buying it once I get my paycheck next month.   I actually took the dress and lined up at the cashier for payment.  Whilst waiting in line (the cashier was fiddling with their POS systems….some error occurred, I think), I changed my mind and put the dress back.   I have been thinking about this lovely Heritage dress all day.  Can’t wait till I get my paycheck.

Denims I Love

I have started to take some weight loss pills recently in order to lose a few pounds. Been eating nonstop lately.  Then, after I have lost some weight, I am going to get myself a few pair of gorgeous jeans from Gap.  The first pair is a perfect blue boot  jean that shapes to the body.  It lifts the seat and eliminates the gap at the back of the waist.  I like the second  pair of real straight jeans.  Sexy huh?  It is cut straight through the hip and leg for a slimming look.  In order for me to look good in these jeans, I really have to lose a few pounds first.

Clark Shoes Are The Best Shoes

Shopping for shoes is one of my favourite pastimes because I love shoes. I can never get enough of them. Most of all, I love Clarks shoes. They are just the most comfortable shoes ever and I could walk hours in them.  I have Clarks leather sandals, boots and maryjanes.   Recently, I feel in love with their Alameda Copper Wedge Shoe.  I love its colour and the natural cork bottom.  This stylish pair of wedges goes well with denims and maxi dresses.  I am going to buy this and add to my collection of Clarks shoes.
