Today is the Fifth Day of The Chinese New Year but the celebration is over for me. My family and I only celebrate the eve and the first day of the New Year. I did not manage to buy any new clothes this year. I wore a traditional Chinese top on the first day. I wore the same one a few years ago. Right now, I am still in a shopping mood and I saw a few good outfits from Zara. Well, just go shopping 😉 It was reported in the DailyMail.co.uk that average women burn up to 48,000 calories a year just by going shopping. This is the best weight loss plan I’ve come across so far. Lose weight while doing something we love. Besides retail therapy, shopping helps us to shed some pounds too. No wonder about 2000 polled ladies said they felt more tired and exhausted after a day’s shopping than at the gym. This is so cool. Now we have more reasons to go shopping.
Gingerbread House Cookies
I am so delighted to see this fantastic idea from Not Martha – Tiny Gingerbread housed perched on the edge of your mug. I love sipping some hot chocolate or coffee. Having a cute gingerbread house perched on my mug is just fabulous. Ain’t she creative? I wonder if she sells these Gingerbread Houses. If she does, I know I will be ordering many of them…perhaps one for each day. Yes, of course I would need some dieting pills later on but that’s alright. They are just too cute and yummy to ignore.
Christmas Shopping For Men
The most wonderful time of the year is barely a month away. Christmas decorations are already up in all the shopping malls. I just love listening to the Christmas songs being played at the malls.
